Easton Rasgon

Easton began his career at ifm as a Sales Engineer focused on sustainability, helping manufacturers reduce waste and improve efficiency through automation, energy optimization, and predictive maintenance. He later became ifm’s Global Account Manager for E-Mobility, supporting companies as they shifted toward electrification and modernized their production processes. He then joined an early-stage machine vision and AI startup that built software-defined lighting and high-variation defect detection tools. As one of the first commercial hires, he helped scale the Sales function and worked with customers across semiconductors, PCBs, synthetic materials, batteries, and EV components. Easton joined Glimpse to bring his background in automation, sustainability, and advanced inspection to the battery industry. He leads Sales and works closely with Engineering and Operations to help customers adopt high-speed CT scanning and automated feature extraction. Outside of work, he enjoys cooking, golfing, snowboarding, and traveling, and often finds himself explaining why CT scanning is more interesting than people think.
