Kayla Goodale

Massachusetts born and raised, Kayla grew up driving racecars and looking for any opportunity to be on stage. She moved to Boston to study audio engineering and changed gears to politics midway through school, earning a B.S. in Communications while working full-time at Patagonia. After three years helping folks find the perfect layering system and learning “Business Unusual” she joined Greentown Labs to bring her climate career into the tech sector, leading Startup Recruitment for the Boston incubator. It was at Greentown that she crossed paths with Eric, Peter, and Patrick just as they were getting Glimpse off the ground. After two years of telling anyone and everyone about the cool battery-safety company she'd recruited, she jumped at the opportunity to join the team in early 2025. At Glimpse, Kayla does “anything but sales and engineering” and is thrilled to pull from her wide range of work and educational experiences to support the team.
